Weve been in line for almost 30 mins for a basic order. Manager is standing around with staff instead of pushing orders through. The only gal that seems to be working well is the lady who handed us our drinks/gave us our food.

I made my order at 11:35 through the app, I arrived at the restaurant at 11:46 I did the scan and I was waiting, a girl approached and told me to stop in the parking lot I moved and took my order at 12 :13, I was quite upset but I don't like to make claims, I arrived at my house and GREAT I MISS THE CHICKEN STRIPS FOR MY CHILD I placed my order at 11:35 through the app, I arrived at the restaurant at 11:46, I did the scan and I was waiting, a girl came up and told me to stop in the parking lot, I moved and took my order at 12: 13, I was quite upset but I don't like to make complaints, I got home and GREAT I MISS THE CHICKEN STRIPS FOR MY CHILD...

I went through the drive through location is set up nice but the staff wasn't too friendly. They had some mistakes as far who's order was who's. We had wait 10 minutes for a child's sweet tea and nobody said the famous my pleasure or thanks us for coming.

Great that they built a chick fila here the old Chinese restaurant was a sore eye for a lot of people. Since the homeless would camp out in it a lot, and its closer to my location. Food is great and servers are very friendly at this location. However who ever designed the drive through did a poor job. Theres only one lane for drive through they had enough room to build at least 2 to 3 lanes. Being so close to the highway you think you would have more lanes to help with the crowds. And the service is extremely slow it took me waiting 30 minutes in the drive through just to get my order.
