COACH

I walked in today and was immediately greeted by a friendly associate. Emily was so nice and welcoming, listened attentively to my needs and at the end of the day I was able to make my very first Coach purchase. Happy to join the Coach family! I had to make an errand so returned to pick up my purchase gift-wrapped and monogrammed for free. Unfortunately, my purse has a defect on the C clasp I went in today and got it exchanged with no problem (03/04) I love the bag and matching wallet! Thank you!

Always the best service. I always ask for Adrian. He has the best knowledge when it comes to coach and the products they have and the ones that havent even come out with. As well as his knowledge of the product material. I highly recommend you ask for him to help you out when it comes to purchasing any coach. Thank yall for being awesome in that store !

This Coach and support team is the reason I stopped my Coach purchases and returned all I could of their product. I originally was a very pleased and a repeat customer of the Woodlands Mall location; where I had recently purchased the new C201 in black signature. I went in to the North star Mall location to purchase the C201 in signature saddle upon requesting purchase I was told by associate Josh that I would have to go to the outlets to purchase the shoes because they didnt sell those in the coach stores that only outlet customers own those shoes. I proceeded to tell him that they were new and that if he would look, he would be able to order me a pair. Alas, he found them and the pair was ordered. I made multiple complaints about Joshes conduct and demeanor during this transaction and repeat visits to the store. No one at Coach has reached out to me even after my many calls and complains; no one; the store manager Sylvia G. , customer service, or district manager Natalie C. I have yet to hear anything from anyone on apologies or rectification. So as of April 7, I returned all of my recent coach purchases and will no longer purchase from Coach. This particular location ruined my entire experience and it seems as if Coach is OK with losing a loyal customer, in conclusion management and district management does not reinforce brand standards. How fortunate yet disrespectful to hold titles and collect monies without adhering to responsibilities. Edit 2/10/24 almost a year later, and still no resolution I have been trying to retrieve a refund of about $300 for almost a year and the district manager does nothing but ignore me and the request from customer service for refund when I have all receipts and emails promising a refund very shady business practices.

Went in on my day off looking a little worse for wear but was greeted and met with amazing customer service. Found my items and promptly purchased them. Lovely people here.
