Very disappointed with my experience. Waited a month for my appointment which was totally fine and confirmed my appointment 2 days before it was scheduled… but then I get a call the day before my appointment saying that the Dr. no longer practices with their office and would need to reschedule… would have been nice to know this information the weeks before my appointment (when the Dr left) so that I could schedule accordingly and not have to wait another month or 2 to be seen.

My husband and I visited the Stone Oak Pkwy office several times with high hopes that we had found a family doctor (an M.D) who understood Functional Medicine and the importance of nutrition in building health (even though it's a 40-50 min. drive for us). Dr. Heath saw us several times for no more than 5 - 10 minutes each visit, after waiting as much as 2 hours. We never received our annual exams, even though we scheduled them, twice (we're checking with our Insurance to see what we were billed). She did send me racing off to the cardiologist, afraid I would drop dead from a heart attack before I got there. Turns out my heart is great. However, my husband, who we KNEW has a bad valve, and told her so, had to wait over a month to see the cardiologist. He has a serious problem and will be monitored. Also, we asked about a growth on my husband's hand. She said she believed it was cancer and needed to see a dermatologist ASAP, and she would personally make the appointment. She didn't. We waited...then we called asking about it. No response. Called several more times...finally got someone. They said the appointment would be made. Again, we waited. Nothing. FINALLY, after more calls (most not answered or returned), they gave us the name of a dermatologist to make the appointment ourselves. So, two months later, he saw the dermatologist. He has cancer, and had a 2nd surgery two days ago to remove all the cancer...the 2nd time, we hope. I won't go into when I had a kidney infection, told her I was highly allergic to Leviquin and she still tried to talk me into taking it because, and I quote, "It's the best antibiotic for kidney infections." Leviquin might cure a kidney infection, but it will kill me. She finally gave me another antibiotic. I could continue, but time and space prohibits.
