The staff here is rude and so are the office policies. For a simple prescription, that I have had for years, they required me to come in for a face-to-face visit. When asked what tests they were going to give me they said none, and that they just had to see me because I had not be in to see the doctor this year. I asked if they could do a virtual visit and they said no. Sad when they are just trying to get money instead of actually helping people. I called MDLive and had the prescription in 10 minutes. I guess that's what I get for trying to support local.

She is wonderful. Her staff is terrible. Never calls back and cannot get simple RX right when calling pharmacy.

Dr. Villarreal has an awful bedside manner. Shes also morbidity obese and definitely should not be giving out medical advice. I hope she can get her life together and loose the weight. Dont waste your time. Find a healthy doctor that you can trust.

She's been my doctor since I moved here 6 years ago. Always informative and responsive to my concerns.
