Words cannot express how this place is beyond irritating. South Alamo wasnt very great to begin with but ever since they were bought out, it has just plummeted. We stuck it out because we loved PA Chris but most of their staff is unskilled, unorganized, rude and unapologetic. Ive had numerous unpleasant situations and Im too irritated to list them all but needless to say, all this is no longer worth waiting to see PA Chris. Which is a shame because hes been my boys doctor for probably 12 years.

Cant communicate waste of time scheduled an appointment for me then canceled it with out telling me. Dumb. Next appointment is in 2 months!! Dumb.

Dr Abel Miranda is a great Dr. for me and my mom, especially for my mom because back in late 2021 and 2022 my mom was diagnose with breast cancer and only because of Dr Miranda getting my mom to do her yearly mammogram it was caught early and she is currently in remission.

They take FOREVER even with a scheduled appointment. My appointment was scheduled at 9a.m it is 9:47a.m and that is with me getting here before 9a.m to check in. Horrible horrible horrible. Things weren't like this before and now it seems since it has changed to wellmed they take so long and don't prioritize the ones with appointments

very bad attention by the reception never come here apart from the rude attitude they take too long and the one who behaves the worst is the last name rangel receptionist
