The doctors and nurses here are amazing! Ive always had great experiences with them but the front desk takes so long to answer the phones!! I have to wait on hold for at least 30 minutes to get through to them! They also take forever to respond on the My Chart app. Besides being so hard to reach, the care here is pretty good.

Seriously can someone answer the phone? I was on hold for 30 mins then I finally get an answer to have the rudest individual tell me please hold and then the line hung up. I dont know why it takes so much time to answer if the offices are never busy.

I had my first appointment here today and I was really impressed the front office staff is super nice the nurse was great and Dr. Kwong was awesome!! I have panic anxiety and the nurse and Dr.Kwong were really sensitive to that. Theres no long wait times and they are thorough and really care about their patients.

The doctors and nurses here are amazing! Ive always had great experiences with them but the front desk takes so long to answer the phones!!
