It has been the best PCP experience I have ever had. Dr. Wes was very attentive and answered all my questions and concerns. All the staff is super friendly and helpful. So happy I made the switch to a DPC provider.

Dr Vu is knowledgeable and attentive. Over a 30% improvement in health peoblems in just a month with new meds. Highly reccomend

This clinic is amazing with an amazing new philosophy to cut the middleman. If you have no insurance and you need a pcp or some labs done, some imaging done at more reasonable prices! The kind of prices that insurance companies offer make sure you plug in. It is a membership fee you pay monthly you can update your health like I did do all of your physical without having to have insurance, I recommend Dr Vu! She is caring amazing she hears you and does her best to get everything checked off your list that you've been worried about. She is very thorough and polite.

Meet Your DoctorC Wes Clements III, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician practicing at Tailored MD, located in San Antonio, TX. He is a graduate of Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine and completed his residency training at The University of Virginia in Charlottesville.Dr. Clements relocated to San Antonio and acquired his board certification in family medicine to begin private practice. He quickly realized the pitfalls of conventional medical care, which emphasizes the speed of care, over-medicating, and over referring. He discovered Direct Primary Care as a means to provide better primary care, and his mission is to make this model of care accessible to everyone.Outside of the office, Dr. Clements enjoys powerlifting, skiing, mountaineering, and cycling.
