I don't know what the deal is with this clinic and getting prescriptions out. They've gotten my husband's wrong 3 times and won't send over the correct one. I read in other reviews this was an issue and should have trusted them. Looking for a new PCP bc this is ridiculous.

This practice is a breathe of clean fresh air. I recently switched from a clinic in Boerne due to incredibly poor clinical support staff. This practice is not only far greater, but also one of the best encounters I've had in a sometime at a family practice. I recently retired from the AF and I'm used to pretty decent medical support and PA Hicks delivered and surpassed my expectations. He was very inviting and personable, making my first visit not seemed rushed or just checking boxes. The fact that the clinic is capable of collecting it's own labs is also an enormous plus. My wife and oldest son will be switching now after my last visit to Leon Springs and we are happy to say we found our future provider. PA Hicks I strongly recommend.

My first time there and it was a treat! Very nice offices and facility, the receptionist and all the nurses were very nice and polite, also helped me with any questions I had. P.A. Martinez was as professional and nice e as could be. She was very knowledgeable and listened to all my questions and answered them all! I did my lab work as well in which Matt is awesome! I never felt the needle and the whole visit had me in and out of there in less than an hour!! They even saw me sooner than my scheduled appointment time!! I highly recommend!! Once again, after one of my routine follow up visits with Celeste Martinez and the staff I jus can't emphasize how great these people are!!! Thank every one of yall for your caring, friendliness and overall taking care of my health!!
