UIW Bowden Eye Care & Health Institute

First time being there and one of the workers at the front was very rude for no reason. My appointment was at 3:00pm and we arrived around 3:16 which I understand that after 15 minutes you loose your appointment so I understand why they couldnt attend us anymore, but the worker was being very rude towards my mom and yelling at her because we were late. It wasnt until my sister had to yell at her and tell her she didnt have to be giving us attitude that she calmed down.Overall I give it a one star because if a worker is having a bad day it isnt the customers fault and she shouldnt have been expressing her anger towards my mom nor us.

Eye care students were great. thumbs up. Dont go to optical for glasses though. lousy service. took granddaughter in for glasses beginning of one month and promised a rush job. my fault for waiting a whole month to check on status but school is starting and she needed them. when i called to find out about them i was told we tried to call you (3 weeks ago) and couldnt reach you and you had no voice mail. wrong. i checked my call log no call from them. checked my voice mail nothing wrong with it. and why didnt you try calling back again? because you never called in the first place!
