Urban Office - Medical Center

No Wellmed No- help my mom, don't do this!! My 84+ y/o mother has broken ribs and can't get up from chair or bed w/out help. However in their infinite wisdom Wellmed says 7 days of rehab is pleeeeenty and are to release her tomorrow. 8 weeks of therapy is needed. I must suppose Mr. Wellmed's mother would get same treatment, I seriously doubt it! C'mon Wellmed treat mom like family like we see in commercials. I doubt I'll see it, but a public answer here would be appreciated.

I have called Comfort Care now and in the past for a return ride from my appointment to go home and on several occasions I have had to literally wait over one hour, especially during the Covid epidemic which I find very frustrating and unusual when my appointments are not on Mondays or Fridays. Today I am sitting here waiting right now for nearly 90 minutes just to go from the Stone Oak area to Cibolo. Completely absurd!! I hate the way dispatch handles the routes for the drives and passengers. They have no clue whats going on out in town nor do they know anything about time, traffic or schedule for patients lives. I swear if I never had to drive to this ridiculous area of town I would never use Comfort Care. Its no comfort in my book nor is it a convenience in my life. The less I have to use it the better. They also ripped me off a couple of years ago for a ride because they made me late to an appointment!!

I was here for an appointment 2 days ago staff here are extremely friendly the waiting time was very short and the doctor I seen was awesome very polite and caring
