Hi Beba,Thank you for the feedback. As with all human encounters, there are 2 sides to the story and it appears your boyfriend only told you his side. It is our company policy to only provide exact written quotes in person. He was provided a cost for the unit, not including tax, title and license fee, and he was encouraged to come into the store to receive a written quote. He indicated he had already committed to another unit and was just doing a last minute price check so he wasn't interested in coming in. He was very demanding about getting an exact out the door cost for his peace of mind about the unit he had already decided to purchase. It has been our 28 years of experience that if a potential customer is unwilling to put any "skin in the game" by coming into the store to continue our discussion, then they really aren't interested and it would be a waste of our time to calculate and provide an exact quote.
