      image Firstly, I would like to clarify that this review is for the entire United Rentals reservation process. Two weeks ago, we called the reservation group (as the website only shows the reservation phone number) and received a quote and confirmation for equipment that was critical to our operation. One week before the rental was scheduled to begin, we called to confirm that the equipment was ready, and we were informed that it would not be available. Furthermore, we were told that they did not have the equipment at all. If we had not called, we would have been in a bind due to their negligence. It appears that they do not care about small businesses and the reservation team is completely out of sync with the operational branches. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend United Rentals and I will never attempt to rent from them again.
