I was told the day before they had another event and would need to come 30 mins later than the planned time. Which I had planned this with months in advance then they show up early and the guy has no idea and tells they are getting ready well this was a surprise for my daughter and I specifically told the guy please call me before yall come in well be didnt they just showed up. Also only really danced like 3 songs with the kids no hype just a lot of walking around and kinda just there. Dont get me wrong the kids still had fun but I feel I didnt get what I paid for.
Also as I see the other bad reviews I had the same exact problem 900 for two robots down the drain

We made a contract with them for my daughters quinceaera, but we were disappointed with the results. We created a playlist with all the music we wanted for that day and they agree with that. The DJ just played the music he wanted it, the floor dance was empty several times, and we had to ask him several times to change the music. He didnt follow our instructions. Also, he started late. We enjoy the show of the robots, but they were also late too. We didnt enjoy it the way we were expecting because of the music.

The lousy DJ. We gave him a playlist for the event and it worked for him. He put on the music he wanted and there was no one dancing on the floor. We had to go and tell him several times to change the music. The robots are very cool but anyway, they arrived late, and they played whatever music they wanted. It started at 7. It was 7:10 and the DJ was lost. The screen where they played the video of the fifteen-year-old was very small. The music turned off twice.

Best performance ive seen at any party. The LED Robots made the crowd go wild and the smoke guns made the party so much better. The robots interacted with everyone even hugging some of the kids. I highly recommend SAPS for any event. I will definitely be hiring them for future events.

Guys!! Believe me if you want get your party to the next level call these guys. Their performance are awesome. Also they show up 20 minutes earlier they Request a few songs for the performance it was just amazing!!
