Our problem was wall damp rising from floor below so we first thought it may be a foundation problem that lets moisture Or water get on our floors. Googled a foundation expert and found Lineberger. Schedule an assessment online which for us is pretty very user friendly and practical over having to call or email to request a service. We chose our own convenient schedule and their availability, we got confirmation and even a reminder the day before and the day itself. Mr. Lineberger showed up with his asistan Brice on time on the dot as scheduled. Showed up professionally with their identification uniforms. An honest and straightforward expert assessment is what we got out of Mr. Lineberger. We are waiting for the formal written report as to how our foundation is performing structurally. However we were given a heads up that we have a perfect foundation. Thank heavens.

Hired based on other reviews from Google. I had a hairline patio crack I wanted to ensure was within tolerance to set a baseline for my foundation. Zip level was used in the home which I like and a thorough inspection of inside and outside was completed. I would use them again.
