1.Home was not engineered properly, causing 2nd floor cracks, door jamming, and stair separation. single joist supporting 2nd floor load *
2. The company promptly added an additional glue-laminated 2'x14'x22' beam under the house to stop additional sagging. *****
3. Poor clean-up, no "sistering" as told and no post iinspection. **
Hopefully, no more added beams will be needed under other load bearing joist.
