        Ive been coming to this dentist for the past 15 years always had a good experience, until now I had an emergency and I called to reschedule my daughters appointment and I was hit that I needed to pay a $50 fee for not being able to make it. I automatically was told that I have signed paperwork stating their new policies. Not true I have never been explained that nor have I ever signed a paper stating that there would be a $50 charge. I was so upset I told the First Lady I would change dentist and all she said was okay instead of trying to keep their patients. Which is very low on their end.

        Absolutely love Dr Taylor and the full staff. Claudia, and Brenda Garza were both very nice and caring. I felt like family while I was there. Very inviting.
