I love this place because they were really willing to give me a chance when no other agencies will give me one because I had a 2-year Gap with no work history the staff was willing to give me an opportunity and the staff was friendly

Thee experience here changed INSTANTLY when I got a job with SMT transport the manager JAMES is a fraud and a SCAM . I went in to work on my first day given 3 Different schedules. After working a 10 hr shift was my time to go so I gather my belongings as the day shift had already arrived 1 hr prior before me geting let go right after my shift because being ask to stay longer. When ALL THE TRANSPORT TRUCKS WERE BROKE INSIDE THE FORKLIFT WERE YELLOW AND TRASH FORK LIFTS.
Good luck Im still seeking employment lol but was blessed that took a turn. WATCH WHO YOU TRUST. Balance staffing will turn against you with a snap of a finger.

I highly recommend this staffing agency they were able to help my family out tremendously by giving my husband the opportunity to find a wonderful paying job in a short amount of time! Thank you so much to Alexa and the rest of the staff for what you have done for my family I cannot thank you enough! If youre in need of a job please go in and see them! They all are incredibly amazing!
