They never answer the phone been calling and calling always forwarding me to vm I have equipment I am trying to return but the carrier wont accept it so I am needing someone to reach out to me asap you all customer service is good up until your campaign end or yo all fire someone like come on now shouldnt take me almost 3 weeks to get in contact with someone I have emailed everyone from the company and called and nothing this is sad and yall work is customer service but have none at all if I could give no stars I would

I worked a contract position once with this company. Once the contract ended they went cold and didnt even contact me regarding new job opportunities as promised. Months later I get reached out to by a recruiter Jayde Robinson who gets me all hyped about a position Ive been dreaming about. She tells me I have a high chance of getting the job and I was waiting for her to call me in regards to an interview. This Jayde person ghosted me! Couldnt even send me an email professionally at least telling me they already picked who they wanted. The nerve of that women. Yes I called and left messages and emails because thats what you do. You check in. Such a disgraceful company they dont care about who works for them at all. I would rate 0 stars if I had the chance.

I have tried to reach out several times to Aston Carter and I get no answer. I had the worst experience with the recruiter Georgiana Camacho.
When she originally called me, she wanted to know my salary and I did not want to tell her but she kept asking. I finally agreed to tell her but I told her to please keep it confidential and do not tell anyone.
She reached out to me twice about two different opportunities. One fell through, the other one was at a hospital that I was really interested in working in, even though it paid less, I was not worried about it since I have been wanting to do medical for some time now.
Well Georgiana calls me and tells me that the client declined me due to me being a "flight risk". I asked her what that meant, and she said that she did not know why the client would say that. She then mentioned my pay and I asked her why did she mention my pay and she told me that she did not mention it to the client, but it was mentioned after the fact. No, that does not make sense. Why would the client say I was a flight risk and then my pay was mentioned?
She was obviously lying. It's been two weeks and I have heard nothing from Aston Carter. I tried to call twice to get an update as to any other positions, and the phone just rings and no one will take my call. This place is terrible and I will never recommend it to anyone. Geoegiana lacks professionalism and should not be in the position that she is in if she cannpt keep personal information confidential.
