The staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Dr Tate was incredible. I did not feel rushed at all. The MA's were kind and thoughtful. The front desk administrative team and the Xray specialist couldn't have been better. I had broken my ankle and it was required for them to position my foot at an angle which did not feel good at all, but their bedside manner and gentle approach was greatly appreciated. Except for having a broken ankle, this was a pleasant experience. I will definitely be back IF I have any emergency. I highly recommend them!!

The nurses are sweet. Had no issue with them even one of the doctors. My issue is I checked in for Headache that Ive been having for mor then 10 days. They suggested a CT scan. I got the results back and I was told that my scan came back abnormal. He then said it could be (MS) or a autoimmune disease, so they transferred me to their main hospital and there another doctor talk to me and scared the sht out of me and told me my CT scan showed little white dots on my brain so they suggested to get an MRI. I took my MRI and the results came back as normal The doctor at the main hospital said he trusses the MRI more than the CT scan, now could you imagine how hard those two days were for me I really hope they get their x-ray machine or CT machine fixed or they should do a x-rays twice on a patient. I wouldnt trust their machine go to another emergency clinic.

Please know I am leaving this review for the Santa Rosa on 151, Westover Hills. The hospital is not allowing reviews on Google. So I do apologize that Im leaving it here. But I need people to know this. I am complaining because while in the ER waiting room. Veronica, the registration personal was registering between 4-5 individuals in earshot of everyone in the waiting room. I know this is a violation of confidentiality, and a huge compromise to the safety of any of the individuals/patients identifiable information that can put them at risk. I know Veronica knew better because when she called my husband to gather his info. I requested that she do it in privacy and not in a public place, surrounded by many people because she didnt offer privacy with the others before us. She looked at me confused and had the nerve to asked me When did I register others in public? I pointed to the person behind us. Veronica was speaking to the patient no more than 1 minute before calling on my husband. I pointed and stated You just spoke to her right now, I heard all of the her and the other patients information as well. She pointed at the hall and stated she will take my husbands info there. As if that was her plan to begin with. This happen May 3rd at 9:00-9:35 am. Please check the cameras in the ER waiting room for confirmation of her actions. You will see her speaking to the patients and moving on to the next. If someone had Ill intentions, they would of heard insurance information, bdays, address, email, phone numbers, Emergancy numbers, pharmacy info, payment methods. I know an ER may be busy. But compromising ones identity and privacy should never be over looked.

My husband was bleeding so bad, he had an injury on his toe and the nurse and doctor were so sweet but kaithlyn at the registration center was the worst!!!! We have insurance and she was trying to push me to pay even when I told her that the insurance was paying, she wanted so bad to make me pay because my insurance its too bad for the hospital and they dont pay on time this person was rude, horrible and I just dont recommend to go there because she will make very situation worse!
