        My experience was a good one the customer service was phenomenal, my only complain is I really wasn't satisfied with my purchase only because I really didn't pay attention to the work until I got home and notice it was so small one couldn't even read it and I waisted $75. But rest a sure I won't wait till I get home on stuff like that. Just sad that I'm sure they saw what I saw and didn't say anything, and let me walk out of there store with it not so good work.

      I'm sorry you were unsatisfied with your order. If you would like to bring it back to the shop for review we would be happy to go over it with you. Most of our orders are custom orders where the client has to review and approve the design prior to us making the product, so was this step missed in your order? And often times we show our customers their products prior to them leaving the store as well, this way we can correct any details that might have been over looked. Again, if you bring the product back to the store, we will be happy to review it with you.
