This the best embroidery shop I've worked with in San Antonio. Claudia not only delivers the work on time, but she's competent and so attentive to all the details. She did a martial arts patch for me that included Japanese characters in an intricate Sakurah pattern. It came out exactly like the original! I highly recommend her shop. I'm sure a customer for life!

THANK YOU SO MUCH TO CLAUDIA. I work as an off duty cop and I originally was scheduled for an appointment with another lady to embroider my security badge for me because I work security on the side. Well.. knowing I got off at 5pm and had to go back into work at 9:30p my buddie thats a sheriff recommended Claudia that she can get it done. AND SHE DID! I showed up at her shop around 5:10p and she was able to digitize and embroider my badge within 30min. Im very thankful that Claudia dropped everything she was doing & stayed an hour after her shop was closed and worked with me to get my uniform ready for my shift. She was professional, friendly and would definitely recommend! 10/10

This shop really came through for me considering this was a last minute order. I went in expecting to have to come back later on, but I was able to receive my order from Ms. Claudia within 30 min! She was courteous, patient, and made sure to review all of the options that were available for what I was requesting. Overall, I will definitely be coming back in the future, and I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing custom embroidery designs/writing

Exceptional! I needed a rush order and not only did she meet the deadline, but beat it by 24 hours! Excellent job! Excellent service!!! Support local San Antonio! Wonderful experience!!!
