Never goin back asked for about 2inches off a pair of slacks and she didnt have me try them on to verify and changed me $28 and change plus taxes for a total or 2inches off 2 paid of slacks!! How is that reasonable such a rip off. Ive paid $15 for the same service. She didnt greet me at arrival nor explain pick up or pricing just ripped of the receipt and tells you to be there before close. Only reason I still left the pant and paid was because I needed them urgently if I had extra time I wouldve tried another location 100%.

They are quick, I picked up dry cleaning for a friend and my friend dropped off the clothes at 11 am the same day. I couldn't believe that the clothes were ready at 230pm that same day. Wow that's Service!!

Theyve been good before with some things, but they really dropped the ball with my dress uniform shirt. For some reason they decided it would be a good idea to iron out the MANUFACTURED seams on the front and back. ALSO they completely failed to center the crease on my left rank. ALSOOO, the shirt still has wrinkles. They starched it so much that it is practically cardboard. Why? I dont know. Now I have to buy a new shirt. (They have no idea what theyre doing)

Unfortunately I grew out of my Uniform and needed it loosened up. Came back to pick up my clothes only to see they had removed a few threads. The fitment was the same as before and didn't change at all. Yet she wanted to charge full price of $65 for something done with low quality. There were loose strings just hanging all over my service coat, and she didn't even care to bring back my custom hanger. Will never come here again and warn public servants to avoid this place. They do not like to negotiate prices, even though I did for myself.
