Called ahead of time and told the lady on the phone the size of my comforter and told her that I needed it washed, and she gave me a Price ($30.29) When I got there the older lady at the front desk with salt and Pepper hair with glasses told me that THEY DIDNT DO THAT I told her that I had just talked to someone an hour earlier and they gave me a price on my comforter being washed. She then said Ok but if we do it you are going to have to sign a waiver in case it messes up At that point I told the older lady that I never had to do that before and that the other lady on the phone should have told me that. I also assured her that the comforter was NOT Feathered. After I told her that I used to work in a Dry cleaners myself, her tune seemed to change. Regardless, I am Never going back there again. The staff there needs to be on the same page as to that type of business they are offering to possible customers. I had 3 other comforters that I needed to take, well not anymore because OLMOS ended up getting my business.
