I am a service member & came to get my flu shot at this location. I was provided a voucher to show in order to receive my flu shot however the pharmacy manager asked me for my social instead in a line full of people. Then stated he could not verify me through Tricare almost turning me away until he finally asked about my voucher. He should have led with the voucher as asking for someones social security number is extremely invasive information for a damn vaccine & most importantly unprofessional to expect someone to want to call it out with listening ears around. As a pharmacy I would think they would understand how to handle sensitive, personal identifiable customer information but I guess not.. wow.

They need to hire more staff for the pharmacy. There is a 5 car wait outside and 5 person line inside wish I could go back to CVS!

Very slow. The pharmacist promised med would be ready in 1 hour. Showed up in 1 hour and had to wait 45 mins more. I tried to call but got hung up on twice! Not going back!

Worst customer service of any pharmacy ever! Inept clerk at the register would be an understatement. Entered my information into her system and then comes back 15 minutes later and informs me she accidentally erased the information she inputted. All I did was schedule an appointment to have a vaccine and here it is 35 minutes after the scheduled appointment and still waiting. There is nobody else here in the pharmacy waiting for anything. If you are smart and read this review, please find another pharmacy.
