Terrible time here they dont give you full information on what you need to get a license or permit. The workers are rude and impatient to certain races hint, hint, they wait for you to get all the paperwork filed just to tell you cant do what you came there to do, and on top of that, they will lose your date of appointment. Go to Beeville or Floresville if youre trying to get a permit. Because its not worth getting racially discriminated against to get your permit here in San Antonio if you happen to be black Dont come here go somewhere else they do not deserve the rank they have if theyre going to act bigoted towards people.

Staff was very helpful and had someone at the entrance to help people sign in and get the correct paperwork needed. I arrived at 8am and was finished by 8:12am since I had all of my documents ready and filled out to provide the clerk.
