If I could give a -1 rating I would. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! We asked to have a prescription called in for my husband (who is Homebound) on Dec 9th- it is still not called in, even though I emailed them once and called 4 times. When I called yesterday, I was put on hold by Pattie for nearly 10 minutes, so I finally hung up. She has my number, knew who I was and what I needed and didn't even call me back. I have also asked for 90 day prescriptions - to no avail. There is so much more to complain about, but suffice it to say that you don't want to do "business" with them.

I have undergone several appointments now at TPC Family Medicine and have found them disorganized, unprofessional, and not in the know of my personal medical records. My last two appointments the doctor didn't know what I was there for. My medical records had no notes for my current medical condition that they had been treating me for (2 years). On my last appointment the lab technician couldn't draw my blood (he tried both arms). I then asked for lab paperwork so I could stop at Quest on my way to work the next day. I arrived at 7:15am and presented my form only to discover that it wasn't coded so they couldn't draw my blood because they didn't know what they were testing for. I called TPC and they assured me they had corrected the problem with Quest. I went back to Quest the next day only to find they hadn't been called by TPC. Two weeks later I finally had my labs done. I decided to change doctors and called for a referral. My request for referral was rejected as I never came back to have my labs read. My new doctors office decided to request my medical records... nothing was received. I called daily for two weeks when they finally decided to follow through with my records. Why... I'm thinking it was the call to the main office complaining about Faith not following through. My rating wouldn't be 1 star but had to select at least one before I could get the green light to post this review. Very disappointed and you will be too!

This place is exactly what some of the other reviewers have said. I walked in and signed in. The lady at the front desk was wrestling with papers. She did not offer me any paperwork to fill out. In the lab person from the back had an open conversation with the person in the waiting room with me there. I know that the lady needed blood drawn. I know that her paperwork said that the blood was drawn. I also know that the lady was now going to have her blood work redone. The last person question why she needed to have her blood work done when the paperwork in the back said she had blood work done. That tells me that their documentation in the back did not indicate that she came in for blood work but they were unable to draw her blood that day. That is scary. I asked the young lady at the front desk if the doctor was in. She said No at first. Then I asked her again and she said yes but we're just not getting here. So at that point I had to make a decision if this is the kind of care that I wanted. Be warned
