Please read! This Fresenius Kidney Care is the worst one in San Antonio. If it was possible I would give them zero stars. They should be investigated for malpractice, mistreatment for patients, and false allegations. They will call adult protective services on you for no reason. The entire staff should be investigated, the place is horrible, not clean and the staff does not care about the patients.

Horrible ended up in the hospital due to incompetents. Please do not send your loved ones here. Saw many people who could not speak up for themselves and just laid almost life less while the staff did nothing. Outdated, short staffed and most important short on essential product to clean your blood correctly. Of all reviews please do your research and speak up for your self dialysis doesnt not have to be harsh or life threatening due to incompetents. Ask your loved ones how they feel how they are being attended to are people listening to them. I am young and speak up many dont have the same voice as I do.

Apparently not all patients follow the all ways wear amask and no eating or drinking during dialysis rules.
