Lisa is so passive aggressive and unflexable. Waited 22 min and was going to have to pay out of pocket because I didn't have my insurance card (switch insurance, not my first visit). If I would have known my 9am apt was not going to be until 922 I would have gone home and got the stupid card. Have been here for a few years but will never return, funny enough the office would not let me tell dr. Ressmann why I would no longer be his patient.

Dr Ressman is excellent in diagnosing my problems and communicating what needs to be done. He keeps me going.

So as a first time patient I was required to fill out paperwork agreeing to his medical disclosure policy. To my surprise I learned that his policy is to discloses your information to Law Enforcement and my signature gives up my rights to due process? We have a Constitutional rights to privacy and if Law Enforcement wants information, they need to go before a Judge request it if they have probable cause. By signing his policy, you give up this right and give him permission to disclose your Hippa information without a Judges review or even asking you again. I can not understand why a Dermatologist has such a policy, but I suggest you consider this policy before you sign your right of privacy away.

scheduled me for an 830 appointment the next day then closed the office bc they didnt want to drive in 30 degree weather. and then they notified no patients on top of that. was standing in front of their office for an hour before anyone came by to tell me this. i would be fired. then they tell me they have to reschedule to next week. they nailed almost every negative bullet point. they probly would have charged me for cancelling within 24 hours but they call the shots so it is what it is. thank you for waisting my time.
