      image I have been a Marshall's customer for more than 20 years. I love shopping there. But, you have lost this customer. Today was my last shopping day at Marshalls. For the first the time ever, I couldn't find anything I wanted and I did not enjoy shopping there in the least. The Marshalls on I-10 in San Antonio was my go to store since moving to the Texas Hill country 13 years ago, but not anymore. I have noticed in the past year that it was starting to go down hill. It's cluttered and disorganized. Everything used to be set up so nice. Now it's kinda like going to an unorganized garage sale. What happened? New management? A change at corporate level? What ever it is, you have ruined what was once a great store.
