if i could give this store 0 stars i would the new store manager vanessa sanchez is very rude i seen her treat her employees horrible as well as customers smh

The cashiers and associates were great but had a terrible experience with the assistant manager.Simply tried to return a product that I was not able to use due to the hooks not placed in right . Assistant manager did not help me, had a terrible attitude and now I am stuck with shoes I wont be able to use in the future. I simply wanted my money back :/ wouldnt recommend going there if shes working.

Melrose is clean. Everythings in it place. Customer Service is ok. Tried to use the fitting rooms but customer service was too busy to help. We never use the fitting room and waited about 10 minutes before giving up.
