Dr John was very thorough and explained the x-rays that he took. I received a second opinion and I was thankful to hear I have no cavities. Another Dentist had recommended that I have 4 cavities filled.Ill be back for cleanings and appreciate the friendly staff and Dr Johns professionalism!

Chris at the front desk, my dental hygienist Yvonne, and Dr. Susie DeKoch are so kind, accommodating, and patient with my questions. I feel fortunate to have this team caring for my teeth. I called to verify that they accepted my insurance and was told they did. I sent them a copy of my insurance card and they scheduled my appointment. I received an explanation of benefits from my insurance company and the billing code used was for out of network. So your staff does not know what insurance you accept. Now I have an outrageous bill because of it. Was told by your employee that It is not the first time this has happened. I had lots of options and was not looking to go out of network. So no one will return my call and I am going to have to get help from my attorney. This is done habitually.
