Campos Family Dental P.C.

This office used to be good but it has severely declined over the years. I've been coming since I was little so I was very comfortable with the staff and office but had to cancel this morning because of illness. I was met with the most unprofessional response. The receptionist was uncompassionate and more worried about the cancellation rather than the sick patient and began to lecture me about the new gap in their schedule. They also never asked to reschedule which sealed the deal on my end not to return. Over the years, the wait time has gotten ridiculous. The service and bedside manners are lacking. The dentist will not explain anything that will be done and wants to get you in and out as fast as he can. This involves a lot of waiting around still for the dentist to see you with no one checking up on you or assuring your turn is coming soon. They definitely need work on their customer service and bedside manner. Scheduling is also only done through phone and no one will ever follow up on an email in this office. Find a better place to get your oral care taken care of because it really feels like these people don't care anymore.

I just want to say thank you from the bottom of heart to Dr.Wyrick and Dr.Htun ! I was in severe pain from a tooth infection on 3/9/2023 the pain was like no other associated with headaches, throbbing pain, light sensitivity and I couldnt sleep . I was searching for someone anyone that had an opening to see me right away clinic after clinic I was turned down . When I called Campos Family Dental the front desk receptionist got me in the next morning on 3/10/2023 I met with Dr.Wyrick who saw how bad my infection was and immediately prescribed me azithromycin antibiotics and 800mg of Motrin let me tell u I got some rest that night I alternated heat and ice pack as well as warm salt water rinse. My tooth was infected and my roots were curved so I had to come back in the following day 3/11/2023 to meet with Dr.Htun who specializes in impacted extractions for patients like me. He numbed me up really good and it took not even 15min for him to remove that impacted root I had and omg I am so grateful to him and the entire staff being pregnant and in pain is the worst and I didnt know how much more I could bare that pain so grateful !!! And To the practice as a whole for being in network with Medicaid and helping low income families like myself to get the dental care we need, being open to walk ins for emergencies and getting ppl like me in and taken care of so quick . After years of searching because Im very picky Ive found my new dentist office. Thank you !!!
