Potranco Dentistry

With my previous dentist I had to go back to the him 4 times since December 2022. The dentist had to redo work cause his s*** didnt work. However my son referred me to Potranco Dentistry and I had my appt this week and I have to say I love the energy at this place. Everyone was so friendly and funny. Dr Chapa is so sweet, voice so calm and soothing. Everyone here just made it so comfortable and relaxing. Also the office is super clean. Lets see how this goes with my next appt with Dr Chapa since my previous dentist did a s****y job.

After some truly horrible experiences with dentists trying to upcharge and recommend things that were not necessary, this office is a breath of fresh air! Honest, concerned treatment. Fabulous friendly staff. It had been quite a while since I had been to a dentist. They made me feel incredibly comfortable. They gave me an honest assessment and a thorough cleaning. Everything was reasonably priced and they explained all of the charges thoroughly so that I understood what I was paying for and why I needed the treatments that were recommended. From the front desk to the dental hygienist, everyone was courteous and respectful. Dr. Chapa was very clear and thorough in his explanation of treatment going forward. I highly recommend this office and staff.
