Holli-Hills Creative Child Care

I cant say enough about Holli-Hills! My daughter has been coming here for 4 years and my son since he was 3 months old. There isnt any doubt in my mind this place cares for and loves all of their children! Holli-Hills is one of the better priced facilities in the area, and the staff/teachers truly go above and beyond. My kids love coming to school, theyve learned so much since starting. When my four year old started asking to pray before dinner, it warmed my heart so much! The daycare is clean, safe, and they do so much to prepare the kids for school. The director Stefany is incredible and has fantastic communication, she really works to solve problems and is so caring! I recommend Holli-Hills Creative Child Care if youre looking for a memorable, loving, and trustworthy daycare for your children!

They have taken care of our children for the past five years and have been nothing short of amazing! Our children have loved the center and each of their teachers throughout the years. The staff is friendly and involved. Our family will forever be thankful Thank you to Ms. Stefany and her team!

HolliHills has been such a blessing to me and my family! Miss Stefany and her staff really care about the kids and their growth. Not only that, they care about the kid's home life and extended family. When questions/concerns were raised, they did they best they could to address them as quickly and positively as possible. It's rare to see such good quality especially at the rates they offer. The only complaints I've heard from other parents is when they want to break the policies and procedures (some state required) and they are told "No" and they then act like their children. I definitely recommend them for my kids and for yours.

So I will start by saying I'm so glad and relieved my son is no longer attending this day care. Im this was the first day care I had my son attend so did not know what to expect although I have nieces and nephews that are in day care so I know a bit. I'll start with this day care needs to get with the times. They do not have a payment system. You pay cash or through pay pal. Late fees are $25 or $45. I was not even 24hrs  late and mind you I had the cash in my care but I forgot to leave it when u picked my son up so I turned it in the morning. I was hit with a late fee after never being late. If they had a proper payments system this would not have happened. No pro rates either when they decide to close not even if they attended 1 day out of the week. My son has been sent home with dirty diapers multiple times which caused major irritation and rashes. He has come home with bruises on his back  and no explanation. My son is rough and I know that but let me know. No app or form of communication throughout day. I have had to call and check on my son and ask questions but I was always cut short. Pictures are not allowed to be sent so don't ask . They do not give progress reports for the day or week or month. So expect to call and feel like your a bother. This was just a bad experience over all. I wanted to love this day care because it's down the street from me. I now have found a day care 15-20 mins away but it's so professional and I already have a copy of their menu and lesson plan and the app they use bright-wheel. He has his own kiddy mat to take a nap. I love having piece of mind that my son is taken care of. Also they cannot take their own sippy cup or blanket so they are using stuff other kids use at Holli Hills. To each their own but I preferred my son to have his own for comfort. I never write reviews but felt this was necessary to warn any new moms like me that didn't know what to expect. Do your research. Tuition is $175 when this day care is run down and dirty inside. No individual rooms so they are definitely around tons of other kids which is not good for Covid. If you are desperate or in a hurry do this temporary but you will see this day care is not fit.
