        Our daughter has been a student at Primrose since she was 7 months old. We absolutely love this school and all her teachers and personnel! She is 15 months now and is able to communicate with sign language and speak new words daily! Dr. Jordane, in Young Toddlers, is incredible to work with. She is patient and excellent at involving us in sharing tips to better communicate and maintain schedules at home. Thank you for taking such excellent care of our sweet baby!

        Just a horrible experience all aroundat the beginning they made you feel great and made you feel as if your kids were in good hands and then it just went down hill from there. The staff is argumentative and not to mention they werent happy when we decided to pull our kids out. They even sent me to collections saying we didnt pay the last two weeks even though our kids werent even there. Look else where for you and your kids sake

      Mr. Blackmon, we care for all children we serve and understand life circumstances can create a need for parents to sometimes change their childcare provider. However, we are also a small business and have policies in place that are clearly communicated in advance of enrollment. One of these policies is a standard withdraw notice period regardless of attendance, but children are more than welcome to attend during this time. This policy is outlined in our Parent Handbook which is acknowledged by parent signature and discussed during orientation before starting care at Primrose. This policy was again reiterated when you gave notice and also as we attempted to reach you regarding your outstanding balance.
