I love going to Sally Beauty, when I have extra money. Stuff is priced a little high for me but they have a wide selection of brands to choose from. My mom will only buy her hair color from here. Store employee, Abbey R. is very knowledgeable in all the various hair products etc... Employees are friendly. Some more than others. I recommend this location to people.

Save yourself. Better customer service at Walmart, or even a gas station. Homegirl with the chin piercing behind the counter didnt know what mousse was. I gave one star because zero wasnt an option. Walked out and didnt buy anything after the neck rolls, eye rolls, and blatant ignorance to a hair product. I think thats all that needs to be said.

Im giving a low rate because I thought it was terrible customer service that no one greeted me when I arrived, asked me if I needed help when there was 6 workers standing next to me. The customer next to me was asked if she needed help but not me. The cashier didnt asked if I found my items okay or even looked at me. Not going to this one again for sure.
