Thinking it might be a one-time glitch, I gave them another chance and placed the same order the next day with a $5 discount. Shockingly, history repeated itself, and they canceled my order again due to the same sold-out item. It's unacceptable for a company to sell products they don't have in stock and then inconvenience customers by canceling entire orders.
Adding to the frustration, Ulta Beauty not only failed to fulfill my orders but also managed to charge me twice, in total over $200. To make matters worse, their refund process is far from swift, requiring seven to eight business days for me to get my hard-earned money back. This entire ordeal has not only left me without the products I initially wanted but has also tied up a significant amount of my funds for an unexpectedly extended period. It's an unfortunate display of poor service and financial inconvenience.
The customer service was far from satisfactory, offering only a minimal discount on my next attempt. I expected better from Ulta Beauty, and this experience has left me frustrated and with no intention of shopping there again.
