I had my hair cut and styled by Danielle and it's absolutely the best haircut I've ever had. It's fabulous. Her attention to detail and skill is only second to her wonderful personality. Sje is a true gem!!

Kat was hands down one of the best employees Ive ever had an interaction with anywhere. She was amazing when it came to giving recommendations based off my preference and products I already had in my basket. She was so sweet and patient - it was such a pleasure shopping with her. Id recommend asking for her if youre looking for someone to be honest about the products who will help guide you towards the right buy. I love Ulta already but she is the reason for the 5 star!

The hair salon is typically great, Great cut, but the bayalage was awful. It looked like the same shades of brown, no blonde and the manager was awful in the salon. I had to send her pictures, I was upfront with the stylist that this is not what I asked for. I was ao fed up, I just did not pursue anymore and the manager did not call me back to discuss after the initial call. Even my 78 year old mother said...."They charged you that much and your hair looks like they stripped out all the blonde you had when you went in" and "That does NOT look good!! I love my honest mother, I previously loved this store and had many haircuts. Not anymore, especially after they flubbed it up so bad. Disappointing and I hope that anyone brave enough to let them highlight your hair, think twice!!! Fusion salon is down the street and I went there with my mom for her haircut, I saw the stylist there in the middle of an actual bayalage and it looked amazing, not at all what I had. I talkes with the stylist there and told her what happened. The conclusion is....I believe the stylist used the wrong toner and left for too long. Paid too much for nothing. Just to be clear.......this is what I got. I was clear I was unhappy with this, I was told they would bring me back in the am to fix but instead...I got the run-around. This is the picture you should post in the salon! People should know what they are getting!
