This is far the worst Ulta location in San Antonio. The entire evening team on 8/7/23 are very rude, and have the ugliest customer service skills. I will never shop here again. Management needs to train their team to welcome in their customers, if you see a customer, ask them if they need any help finding anything. No smiles, bad attitudes and cant thank them for coming in, just awful.

Stylist Anne has given me the Scalp Renew and Deep Conditioning Treatment several times now, and she is great! She cares for her client in the chair and makes sure you know everything she is doing and how it will benefit your hair and scalp. Afterwards, I always have her French Braid my hair and she does a fantastic job with that! I highly recommend Anne for any service! Thank you, Anne!

I had to say excuse me ma'am pretty loud to get a price check(even the girl couldn't find the price)on as it turns out a very expensive travel size hairspray, she said. "I think it's 19 or 20 dollars" I could understand (not pay) that price for a regular can, but good gravy, how many squirts were actually in that tiny can? I grew up here and couldn't believe the I'm better than you attitude/with the hand that went up, with the girl at the register, the guy behind her needs to check, I certainly believe they think they put their pants on better than the rest of. Or maybe, yes, this is it, they have got to be from a northern state. The transplants we get, make us look bad. Ulta leave your attitudes at your living quarters and try to be humble and kind. Pop down to Torrid, and take some lessons, they know how to treat a human,like a person.
