I have been super impressed with the care and attention I have received at my facial appointments. Jackie always welcomes me in with a friendly smile. First Impressions count so much! Jackie is truly Great! She has been very tentative and thorough on explaining with detail what she was doing and what products she was using on my face. I felt relaxed and at ease. I been pretty impressed with the results. My face have never looked and felt better. Thanks Again Jackie. You are Amazing! I definitely recommended you to my friends and family.

I would give zero stars if I could, I caution to not get your makeup done here. I recently had a photoshoot where I had my makeup done, specifically the "Formal Service". I came with pictures to show what exactly I was looking for and the MUA seemed to know what I wanted. Half way through we stopped and she allowed me to look, I was shocked because it was quite heavy and not exactly what I wanted. I told her when she returned that I was slightly overwhelmed by it. She reassured me it would look great on camera and even better once she was done. She told me many people feel that way when they see it but not to worry, it'd be fine. Well, I got my pictures back last week and I am straight up orange and cakey in my pictures. All of my close ups are unusable and even some that are farther away with me facing the camera in decent lighting I appear orange. I reached out to customer service via chat and email and keeping being told my concern is being further reviewed (what does that even mean). I have offered to provide proof of how poor the quality of work is and no response. Talk about very poor customer service and a loss of my money both on the shoot and makeup session. Lesson learned I guess. (Update)- Ulta and management have basically just said sorry it didn't meet your expectations. And that's all I got after MULTIPLE attempts to speak to someone. AVOID!!
