Some helpful info I wish I had known prior to purchasing my Groupon: 1- Appointments are made via their website only and customer service is via text only, Tues-Fri 9-5am. 48 hours are required to cancel or modify otherwise a $125 cancellation fee applies- they are NOT flexible whatsoever. 2- The lashes aren't of great quality. I've had several extensions done in the past and these by far lasted the shortest amount of time (yes, proper care was taken). My extensions usually last 2 or 2.5 weeks before I experience any fall out and these started to fall within 4 days I had the option to purchase fill ins at my initial appointment at a discount and stupidly did so. No refunds are issued (which was not disclosed prior but miraculously showed on my emailed receipt) so I will be disputing with my credit card company. Completely disappointed with my purchase but I guess in this case I got what I paid for- don't waste your money.

BEWARE!!! One of the worst experiences I've encountered when using Groupon or Living Social deals. My appt was for 10am. However, I arrive at the skyscraper and find out the parking costs $20 to park in the building. No Way! So, I try to find close parking, but due to construction on streets surrounding the building, all the street parking around the building was disabled. I therefore had to keep driving and circling until I finally found parking, which was a pay for parking spot. I then rush the 3 blocks to the building and make my way up to the 13th floor. I sign in at 10:08 at a central lobby used by 10-12 companies. At 10:10 a man comes back to greet me and walks me back to the Lashology "office". I express my frustration with the parking, and state it would have been nice to have been forewarned about the parking situation. He looks straight at me and says "there is plenty of parking around. Also, you are more than 5 minutes late, so you will have to pay a late fee before we begin." I honestly thought he was joking due to my comment about the bad parking situation. He looked straight at me and tersely asked me how I wanted to pay. I said it's only 10:10 now and I signed in a few minutes ago. I was 8 minutes late which was FANTASTIC considering the horrible parking conditions. Again, I asked why the parking situation was not explained beforehand. If I had been made aware, I would have given myself an extra 15 minutes to account for the fact you have to hunt for parking, or pay the high building parking fees. He was very curt in his response - never smiling, not kind, not trying to act like a normal human being at all. He refused to address the parking problem, instead he said (like a robot), the late fees are part of the published rules. I HONESTLY BELIEVE for those people who use a coupon of any kind, be prepared for them to try to tack on extra fees. They are WELL AWARE of the crazy parking situation outside of their building, and they use this to make those who find them on GROUPON or LIVING SOCIAL pay above and beyond the price of their coupon. Also, be prepared to pay a high price to park in their building, or a moderate price and walk blocks to their location. THIS IS TERRIBLE AND ABUSIVE BUSINESS PRACTICE. With so many other great and kind places of business to chose from, this is not one you should consider.
