Looks like my experience falls in line with other reviews below about poor business ethics and trying to avoid payment. Our company is an aggregate producer / supplier with seven yards across North Texas & Southeastern Oklahoma. O'Haver used a sub-contractor in McKinney, Texas who picked up loads of flexbase aggregate from us. We were told by them they had an issue with the subcontractor and would not pay them which means we would not be paid. They have been funded by TXDOT and we have to wait out a bond-claim to be paid. It was not a very large amount owed either. We supply aggregates (rock and dirt all over DFW) and this is the only company to act this way in the last five (5) years. A shame we still have people who operate this way.

DO NOT work for this company unless you enjoy working for free! They will hold payments and make up excuses for not paying. Project management is very poor as well. They are based out of San Antonio but currently looking for work through out Texas. I am assuming because they have burned every bridge in San Antonio already!

WARNING!!! to other contractors and clients: This contractor DOES NOT complete work nor make payment to contractors that do complete work like my business. We worked to complete two Firestations for the state which were bonded projects, and have not received payment for work completed in 2020. They misappropriate project funds to pay for the next project and so on, leaving contractors to be unpaid and do not answer to calls nor emails. Punch list items were completed and rather then remitting payment then, another list of poor excuses were given once again. This company is bad business with no ethics or sense for timelines whatsoever. In my 11 years of experience and working many bonded jobs for the state this is my first to not receive payment due to unethical practices. Proceed with Caution, I recommend RUNNING from any business offered by this Scam Artist.
