I was having some issues with family and I was new to apartment searching! I came across the copper mill apartments and I got greeted by some very sweet and informative staff. They gave me step by step information and guided me through this whole process . Im going on living here for two months already and all I have to say is good things . Terrific management, quiet neighborhood variety of different places to visit and choose from. If you are looking for the first step Id highly recommend Copper Mill

I have been living in this apartment complex for three years and the truth is that I have no complaints about the attention of all the staff that provides services in it, they quickly and efficiently provide any service you need, they are very attentive, friendly, and efficient, which I recommend 100%

They are apartments that time has taken its toll on and the administrations have not done a good job of maintaining them.
I have currently been without air conditioning for months, it has been reported numerous times and neither the administration nor the maintenance staff do anything about it. They blame each other. I would like a direct line to the owners of the complex and send photographic and audio evidence to prove it.

Ran into an emergency at my old complex having a deal with discrimination ended up leaving and was able to move into copper Mill with management more than willing and helpful in my situation and got me sorted out immediately. I cannot say it up good things about the staff working on premises and we'll say it's night and day compared to my old complex for sure. I've only just moved in so I really can't say much except for I'm grateful to have the place that I have I have no complaints so far and definitely like the location quick and easy access to anywhere in San Antonio in seconds. Thanks again to the staff You guys made it really easy for me and I truly appreciate that it.
