I setup an appointment in June to have 8 heads in my backyard replaced. When lawn tech came over he looked over the system and said that I needed to have the backyard redone and have an additional 10 heads added to hit all points in my lawn. I have a very small yard and he quoted me $2,000 for the work. He asked me to think about it and only text his personal phone if I was interested. Well a few months have gone by and my lawn is dying from the drought and it would have been nice if he would have replaced the heads that are not working. Unfortunately I can't afford to add 10 more heads in the backyard right now. It was a waste of time and money to have Andy's come over to my home, they did not resolve anything for me. In response to Andys: your tech did not do what I asked he recommended to add the additional section. I was ready to pay for the new heads for my already existing system that day and waited 2 weeks for my appointment. Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance
