Dunkin'

Didn't have anything in stock. The poor girl is over worked and a horrible listener. Asked for a chocolate glazed donut come to find out.... I received a chocolate donut. also asked for a muffin. Didn't get that either.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN! I have been 3 times. Each time the item I went for, which was a new item featured in the app, was out of stock. Additionally, 2 out of the three times the order I was given (after having to have change my initial order due to be out of stock) was incorrect. Go to the Dunkin on Babcock or Bandera or one of the numerous Starbucks close by.

Dunkin doesn't really do donuts any more. There is a small sampling in the case but that's about it. You can't even find the pastries and donuts on the menu. Also if you arrive late in the day the selection is abysmal. I can only talk about the donuts and pastries. The staff is courteous but overworked. Please be patient.

The staff is very rude. One barista gave me the wrong order and when i said this is the wrong order, her rely was rude and she tossed that drink harshly and gave me a replacement drink which has just foam and milk, no flavor at all. This is ridiculous, i made a mistake trying dunkin for a change from Starbucks.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Every time I go here my order is messed up. I ordered a medium coffee and when I got it the cup wasnt even halfway full. I called and was told I could come back and get a remake of the drink but when I did the employees were very rude and acting annoyed with me for asking for my new coffee. I showed them my receipt of what I had but when I got the new drink it was something completely different! The cup and the lid also had coffee on it. Save your money and go to another store. This place is a ripoff
