Drive thru line was too long to wait so my bf and his daughter went in. They waited almost 10 minutes till they got to order and was told you werent serving food. Our 5 year old is diabetic and it would have been nice to have read a sign on the door stating you arent serving food at this time. Or an employee letting the customers in line know. Poor customer service here in our opinion!!

Usually this location is consistent, but today I got a latte(after 11:00 AM and it was busy..two cars ahead of me), and I dont think it had any espresso in it.It tasted like flavored ( butter pecan) milk.If I wanted flavored milk, I would buy syrup at the store and make it myself.Also, no sticker on the cup to see what I actually ordered.I dont think they even knew.The lady had to ask if this was the butter pecan latte on the counter. Like really?

9:39 today, we went through the drive through. They were friendly and the coffee was very good! I loved the fresh tasting very warm kolache! Thank you!

Every time I go to this Dunkin it is an unsatisfying experience. They never make drinks right, not even a drink as simple as a sweet tea. Wasting my money on drinks that I cant even finish because they were not made correctly. I just ordered a matcha latte and it looks and tasted absolutely disgusting, and this is what prompted me to write such a negative review.
