Starbucks

Me and my co workers tried to order their box traveler coffee since our cafeteria is now closed for the night shift. We were told that they couldnt make our coffee because it takes 15 mins to make and by the time they made it they would be closed. We called at 10:30 to have them start the order and they close at 11. The drive from the hospital is 4 minutes, so explain to me why the coffee wouldnt have been done by 10:45? Still leaving 15 minutes until closing??? Then we were going to try and order separate coffees. But couldnt do that either as the only payment they were taking was through their app. No cash, credit,debit or Apple Pay was being taken. All around this trip to this Starbucks sucked and Ive never had trouble with any Starbucks Ive gone to or ordered. All of us were disappointed.

I strongly dislike this place. When my friends and I visited, we chose to sit outside , they dont have any no smoking signs or clear guidelines or at least we didn't noticed it. Unfortunately, one of the staff members approached us in a very impolite manner, immediately demanding that we leave. It was disappointing to experience such a lack of respect or consideration in starbucks without any attempt to communicate more politically or at least nicley . however we didn't notice HIS or HER name so we can mention it here . I believe their rude behavior may have been influenced by our non-Americanbackground.
