        I work at/for a lot of different Starbucks and this has by far been the best team to work with. The manager Sonya was an excellent example of how you lead and motivate your team. Everyone was kind and professional.

        Underpaid barristas asked to do too much. In the mornings the young kids at the register look pale and overwhelmed. I can't imagine how little sleep they're getting or how hard they're being asked to work to look like that. I always leave a big tip but I'm not sure it helps.
