        I asked for a water with ice because I was on my way out with my daughter I have always asked for water with ice and they always just give it right there because it does not take long compared to coffee orders. I then saw the girl starting to do a task to put in new coffee to brew. She said I was gonna have to wait for my order to go through. I havent ever been to a Starbucks where I have to wait for the water. I just walked out Waste of time with this employee.

        A while back I gave a 2 star rating. It never gets better here. How does a Starbucks run out of coffee?? This is the third one in San Antonio that has had this happen. Poor leadership from the store level on up.
