I love buckle jeans and recently ordered 6 pairs online, one of the six didnt end up being a style I loved so I took them to the store to return and was reminded of exactly why I NEVER shop there in person. I barely had one foot in the door before a sales associate was greeting me asking what I was shopping for, I stated that I was just in to do a return on a pair of jeans and wasnt planning to purchase anything else. Why is that not enough for your employees? She then began to offer me other jeans I told her I had just bought several pairs and didnt want anymore she then pivoted to try and get me to purchase shorts. I had to practically get rude with her to get her to back off. I then went to the register and was met with the same pressuring sales tactics from the person at the register. I dont want to be bullied into buying. Shopping should be fun but every time I go into the store, I get borderline harassed. Its ridiculous. I will never go into the store again especially after today

My husband and I went it for what we thought was a simple return and ended up being complicated because of another store. Audrey quickly figured out the quickest and most effective way to help us and had us out of there in no time!! We will definitely be using this store for future purchases!! Thank you Audrey!!

Came here for Jean shorts and had a wonderful time trying so many styles on. Emma knew exactly what I was looking for and gave me so many wonderful suggestions. I left with so much more than I had planned on. Thank you Emma for a wonderful experience.
